Property Management Agents:
Allegiance offers Property Management Services to it clients and is always looking to work with top agents who specialize in this service. Property Management agents, working with the Allegiance team, will be required to inspect properties, provide updates and manage the repair and improvement of homes at the local level.
Requirements for Allegiance Property Management network consideration include:
- Experience in the relocation industry
- Knowledge of community and resources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility in schedule/availability
- Comprehensive background check
- Agreement to service level standards, including:
- Inspection timeliness
- Inspection information quality review
- Availability for site visits
- Regular business hours and after hours emergency availability
